surgical skills in the management of cataract, refractive,
and glaucoma cases to improve patient outcomes;
-
Review medical and surgical advances in ophthalmic areas outside
their concentration (pediatrics, neuro-ophthalmology, retina,
and oculoplastics) and understand how these advances apply
to their patient base; and
-
Increase efficiencies in their practices, improving the overall
patient experience.
