Eponymous Lecturers:

• Edridge Green Lecture 
  This lecture was founded under the will of Mr Frederick William Edridge-Green in 1953 as one or more lectures annually on vision or colour vision. A bronze medal is presented to the lecturer.

• Duke Elder Lecture 
  This lecture was established in 1978 to commemorate the work of Sir Stewart Duke-Elder. It is given every two years and a bronze medal is presented to the lecturer.
