► Cavernous Hemangioma O.S. // MRI: Intraconal mass lesion within the left orbit, which demonstrates increased signal intensity on T2 weighted sequence and speckled enhancement post-gadolinium. The mass displaces the optic nerve superiorly and is consistent with a hemangioma. There is O.S. proptosis.
