   Exophtalmus. VI pair paresis due to cerebral tumour.

 Bilateral facial paralysis (Moebius' Syndrome), Complete absence of facial expressure (mask face) secondary to a non-progressive congenital paralysis of the seventh nerve, with lagophthalmos, absence of lachrymal secretion, crosseye due to paresis of the IVth and VIth cranial nerve. This may affect other nerves, and particularly cranial ones such as the glosopharyngeal nerve (difficulties in swallowing), the hypoglossal nerve (lingual atrophy, unintelligible speech).
