► Necrosis Retiniana Externa Progresiva (NREP). Lesiones retinianas profundas con respeto perivascular aparente (A). Aspecto al mes con tratamiento.

► Necrosis Retiniana Externa Progresiva (NREP). Retinitis que afecta ya al espesor total de la retina.

► Necrosis Retiniana Externa Progresiva (NREP). Opacificación retiniana profunda difusa. A la semana se complica con oclusión de arteria central de la retina (A). En 2 semanas existe necrosis total de la retina con desprendimiento en polo posterior (B).

► Neuropatía óptica aguda en paciente de 8 años y portador de varicela crónica con cultivo positivo para HZV en LCR (A). Atrofia óptica a los 2 meses (B).
